Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring beef broth to a boil.
  2. Add in onion and garlic pwdr, ketchup, chopped garlic and sliced onion.
  3. When broth comes to a rolling boil, drop in the separated sliced roast beef and remove immediately from heat.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, remove roast beef from broth after 2-3 min.
  5. Return broth to stove on high setting and sprinkle Wondra flour over surface, stirring briskly to avoid lumps.
  6. Simmer over medium heat 5 min.
  7. At the last minute, drain the sliced mushrooms and add in.
  8. Pour over roast beef on white bread.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve.
