Chicken Francaise Recipe

  1. Slice and gently lb.
  2. cutlets till thin.
  3. Dip in egg then dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix.
  4. In large skillet, heat oil and butter.
  5. Brown cutlets on both sides, remove to hot platter.
  6. Add in butter and lemon juice to skillet.
  7. When warm pour over chicken.
  8. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
