Cheesy Ham and Apricot Toasts

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a rimed baking sheet.
  3. Broil until lightly golden on both sides, about 1 minute per side.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Blend mustard and mayonnaise; add chipotle sauce if using.
  6. Spread a thin layer on one side of each baguette toast.
  7. Divde ham and apricots equally between toasts.
  8. Toss cheese with green onions and sprinkle evenly over all.
  9. Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
