Pan Fried Pork With Ground Mustard
- 30 slice thinly pork belly or loin or
- 2 slice gammon ham or chop chop optional
- 3 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 4 cup chinese broccoli / kai lan or any salad
- Marinate the thinly sliced pork or pork chop or gamma ham with ground mustard and season with salt and pepper
- Pan fried the thinly sliced pork till its cooked and lightly crispy about 7 to 10 minutes then serve immediately
- ANOTHER SERVING OPTION ,,Quick blanch chinese brocoli in salted water for about 2 to 3 minutes then drain dry ,serve with thinly sliced pork in ground mustard
