Year-Round Field-Berry Jam

  1. Thaw fruit in refrigerator until partially thawed.
  2. Crush fruit with potato masher and add enough apple juice to yield 4 cups fruit and juice.
  3. In bowl, combine Freezer Jam Pectin and Splenda until well blended.
  4. Stir in fruit and juice mixture until well combined.
  5. Stir 3 minutes longer.
  6. Spoon into clean plastic freezer jars or or mason jars.
  7. Apply lids.
  8. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
  10. VARIARION: Use same quantity of granulated sugar in place of Splenda.
