Marinade For Steak Recipe

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 c. sherry wine
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• Juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 clove garlic, crushed

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Marinate meat for 1-2 hrs.
3. Save sauce for basting.
4. Top with pineapple or possibly mushrooms.
