Nutty Granola

  1. Toss oats, nuts, brown sugar and salt together.
  2. Be sure to break up clumps of brown sugar.
  3. Otherwise they bake hard as a rock!
  4. Add oil and syrup and mix well.
  5. Bake for one hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 20 minutes.
  6. Add raisins after baking.
  7. If not, they tend to get too hard.
