Mesqite Smoked Garlic Sausage

  1. This is like my jalapeno cheese sausage.
  2. Grind your meats.
  3. Everything else goes in the cuisinart.
  4. Mix it all together.
  5. Refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally, for the flavors to meld.
  6. Stuff 'em.

pork butt, bacon, salt, brandy, garlic, paprika, white pepper, bay leaf, oregano, thyme, mesquite smoke powder, green onions
