Agar Milk Jello
- 300 ml Water
- 2 grams Kanten powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 80 grams Sugar
- 5 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Add water and powdered kanten in a pot, and dissolve.
- Add milk and sugar, and warm while mixing.
- Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.
- Syrup: Mix the water and sugar, then microwave or warm in a pot until the sugar has dissolved.
