Healthy and Decadent Cinnamon Pancakes

  1. In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients together until combined.
  2. Then add in each wet ingredient.
  3. Spray your skillet with non stick spray or butter.
  4. Preheat your skillet or griddle to medium or 375 degrees (F).
  5. Scoop 1/4 of batter for each pancake to make 12 medium sized pancakes.
  6. Let pancake cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to appear.
  7. Then flip the pancake and let that side cook for 30 sec-1 minute.
  8. Do that for the rest of the batter.
  9. Then serve and enjoy this healthy yet yummy breakfast or dessert item.
