Baked Oatmeal Carrot Cake Version

  1. Combine wet ingredients.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Bake in sprayed 8"pan at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
  4. Let cool about 10 minutes to set-up a bit before serving.
  5. Serve with yogurt or milk.
