Coffee Pumpkin Bread with Coffee Icing

  1. Preheat oven as directed on package.
  2. Prepare bread batter as directed, substituting 1 cup of the brewed coffee for the water.
  3. Stir in chocolate.
  4. Bake bread as directed on package.
  5. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  6. Beat sugar, remaining 1/4 cup coffee and the butter in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  7. Spread over bread.
  8. Cut into 16 slices to serve.
