Chili Mole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in non-stick frying pan.
  2. Drain.
  3. Turn into large saucepan.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrot is cooked.
