Konnyaku Noodles with Miso and Tofu Dressing
- 1 pack Konnyaku noodles
- 1 block Tofu (small size)
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- Chop the konnyaku noodles into bite-sized lengths, boil in water, then drain to remove the bitterness.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and thoroughly blend together until even.
- Once it has the consistency of a dip, pour it over the konnyaku noodles, garnish with your choice of vegetables, then serve.
