Konnyaku Noodles with Miso and Tofu Dressing

  1. Chop the konnyaku noodles into bite-sized lengths, boil in water, then drain to remove the bitterness.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and thoroughly blend together until even.
  3. Once it has the consistency of a dip, pour it over the konnyaku noodles, garnish with your choice of vegetables, then serve.
