Fried Pasta for Snacking
- 1 Pasta
- 1 Frying oil
- 1 dash 1) Rock salt (salt)
- 1 dash 2) Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Grated cheese (Parmesan)
- 1 dash 3) Cinnamon Sugar
- Only use the amount of pasta that you want to eat.
- Break them into pieces that are easy to fry and deep-fry in 170C oil for about 20-30 seconds.
- Once fried, place them on a paper towel and sprinkle with your choice of flavors.
- Take the non-adventurous route!
- 1) salt!
- Sprinkle with salt and then hold both ends of the paper towel and shake it around so that the salt shakes each strand of pasta!
- (You get the gist)
- I think these go great with shochu highballs or wine!
- 2) Garlic powder with grated cheese.
- These are good for afternoon snacks Surprisingly delicious 3) Cinnamon Sugar for the adventurous person.
- If you serve in a champagne glass etc., they'll look like something you might get at a fancy restaurant.
- Onion Rings.
