Fried Pasta for Snacking

  1. Only use the amount of pasta that you want to eat.
  2. Break them into pieces that are easy to fry and deep-fry in 170C oil for about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Once fried, place them on a paper towel and sprinkle with your choice of flavors.
  4. Take the non-adventurous route!
  5. 1) salt!
  6. Sprinkle with salt and then hold both ends of the paper towel and shake it around so that the salt shakes each strand of pasta!
  7. (You get the gist)
  8. I think these go great with shochu highballs or wine!
  9. 2) Garlic powder with grated cheese.
  10. These are good for afternoon snacks Surprisingly delicious 3) Cinnamon Sugar for the adventurous person.
  11. If you serve in a champagne glass etc., they'll look like something you might get at a fancy restaurant.
  12. Onion Rings.
