Oven Fried Chicken

• 4 -5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 14 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 12 teaspoon dried oregano
• 12 teaspoon dried thyme
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 14 teaspoon cayenne
• 2 eggs
• 2 egg whites

1. Preheat Oven 400 F and spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then in another bowl beat eggs and egg whites together.
3. Dredge chicken in egg mix then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place chicken on prepared cookie sheet, spary each breast with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 400 20-25 minuters until done.
