Spicy Dip for Cucumbers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 heaping tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- Cut the cucumber into thirds, then into 1 cm thick sticks.
- Soak in ice water for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the mayonnaise and gochujang together.
- If it's completely mixed together like this, it's good.
- Dip the ice-cold crispy cucumber sticks in the sauce and enjoy.
- It's really super tasty!
