Smart-Choice Layer-After-Layer Lemon Pie
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
- Spread jam onto bottom of crust.
- Mix Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
- Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over jam.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in remaining COOL WHIP.
- Spread over Neufchatel layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
