Berry Rich Sorbet Recipe

  1. Wash and hull strawberries.
  2. In a food processor, blend the berries to a puree with the orange and lemon juice and the sugar.
  3. Strain the puree and throw away any seeds.
  4. Pour the preparation into an ice-cream machine.
  5. Churn the sorbet and, when it is ready, transfer it to a pre-chilled mould or possibly bowl covered with a lid or possibly plastic film and place in the freezer.
  6. It keeps well for 2 to 3 days.
