Triple Cheese Log

  1. Beat Philly*, tasty cheese and blue together.
  2. Add spring onion, parsley and pepper to taste.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into a log shape and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Crush 1/4 of the biscuits, roll the cheese log in the biscuits to coat.
  5. Serve with remaining biscuits.
