Triple Cheese Log
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 125g tasty cheese, grated
- 60g blue cheese
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- pepper
- 200g KRAFT* Cheese In A Biskit*
- Beat Philly*, tasty cheese and blue together.
- Add spring onion, parsley and pepper to taste.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a log shape and refrigerate until firm.
- Crush 1/4 of the biscuits, roll the cheese log in the biscuits to coat.
- Serve with remaining biscuits.
