Spicy Shawarma

  1. In a blender, blend all the marinade ingredients until you get a red paste.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or small pieces.
  3. Apply marinade over the chicken and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  5. Cook marinated chicken until tender, browned and cooked through.
  6. On a pita bread, apply the garlic sauce and place chicken, French fries and pickles.
  7. Roll up.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. My favourite food!
