Barbecued Short Ribs Recipe

  1. In a large soup pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the ribs and brown for 5 to 7 min.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till the beef is fork-tender.
  4. Skim the fat from the sauce; serve the ribs with sauce spooned over them.
  5. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
