Chinese Style Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Brown beef (cut in strips).
  2. Add in onion and peppers.
  3. Cook awhile with beef.
  4. Add in seasonings and broth till boiling.
  5. Simmer 15 min with lid.
  6. Combine soy sauce, water, and cornstarch.
  7. Add in to beef and cook till thick.
  8. Serve over rice.
