Chronic Fries
- 1 packages Shoestring Fries
- 1 sour cream
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 lb Carne Asada for Tacos (Vallarta)
- 1 can Bushes Refried Beans
- 1 can Favorite Salsa
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 packages Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 packages Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Lime
- Put the Carne Asada in a pan and cover with water.
- Cook on stove top until all water has evaporated stirring occasionally.
- Just before the meat is finished cooking start the fries.
- You want to fry them in a pan (I use Canola oil).
- While those are cooking, dice up the onion (if it's not already diced) and cilantro.
- Cut up lettuce.
- Once the fries are done cooking, put them on the plate and sprinkle cheese in the top them.
- (As much as desired.)
- Put in microwave for 15 seconds until cheese is melted.
- Cook beans adding about a 1/2 cup of milk.
- Put beans on top of the fries, followed by Carne Asada, lettuce, onions, cilantro, (Squeeze) lime and add sour cream on top.
