Butterscotch Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine sugar, butter and glucose in a pan, stir constantly over heat without boiling till sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk and cream.
  3. Serve hot or possibly cool with ice-cream or possibly sponge desserts.
  4. Makes about 2 c..
