Butterscotch Sauce Recipe
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 30 gm butter
- 1 Tbsp. liquid glucose
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cream
- Combine sugar, butter and glucose in a pan, stir constantly over heat without boiling till sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk and cream.
- Serve hot or possibly cool with ice-cream or possibly sponge desserts.
- Makes about 2 c..
