Yogurt Brulee with Blueberries

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Put four 1-cup custard cups or ramekins on a broilerproof baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the blueberries, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each custard cup.
  5. Top each with about 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
  6. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the sugar is melted and bubbly.
  7. Watch carefully to keep the sugar from burning.
