Lima Beans with Tomatoes and Dill

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the onion and saute over medium heat until golden.
  3. Add the lima beans and tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook gently until the lima beans are done to your liking.
  5. Stir in the dill, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
