Peaches and Cream Cake by Lucky Leaf
- 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 or 325 for glass pan.
- Blend pie filling, dry cake mix eggs and sour cream.
- Spread evenly on bottom of 9" x 13" pan treated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake 45 minutes until it spring back when lightly touched in center.
- Cool.
- Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar.
- Spread over top of cooled cake.
