Boneless Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Mix and pour over brisket.
  2. Cover tightly and marinate overnight (optional).
  3. Place in covered pan and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
  4. Uncover and drain.
  5. Pour 6 oz Kraft Hickory Barbecue sauce over brisket.
  6. Cook 1 hour.
  7. Slice and serve.
