Cheddar Melt BLT 'N Egg
- 12 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread slices, toasted
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 3 cups Packed baby spinach leaves
- 36 slices tomato slices, 1/4-inch thick
- 3/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 12 each Fried eggs
- 24 slices fully cooked bacon slices
- 2-1/4 cups Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 2 tsp.
- (10 mL) Miracle Whip.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) spinach, 3 tomato slices, pinch of pepper, 1 egg, 2 bacon slices broken in half and 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) cheese; transfer to small baking sheet.
- Broil 6 inches from heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) scallions.
