Chicken Mushroom Delight Recipe

• 3-4 pound cut up chicken
• 5-6 cloves fresh garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 10-16 ounce. fresh cut up mushrooms
• 4-5 potatoes, sliced in half with skin on

1. Skin chicken and arrange in roasting pan.
2. Slice garlic on top.
3. Salt and pepper chicken.
4. Add in mushrooms.
5. Add in cream of mushroom soup.
6. Add in potatoes.
7. Bake at 350 degrees 2 hrs.
8. Baste chicken every hour.
