Blueberry Jell O Salad Recipe
- 1 lrg box (6 ounce.) Raspberry Jell-O
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 lrg can (15 ounce.) undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 can (16 ounce.) Blueberry pie filling
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- Dissolve Jell-O in water.
- Add in pineapple and pie-filling.
- Reserving 1/4 c. of Jell-O mix in separate bowl, put majority of Jell-O in a large decorative bowl and refrigerateboth till it sets up.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar and lowfat sour cream.
- Layer on top of Jell-O in big bowl and top with reserved 1/4 c. of Jell-O mix in center of cream mix.
- Chill.
