Melba's Tamale Pie Recipe

• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, whole kernel corn with butter sauce
• 1 c. cornmeal (or possibly 1 sm. env. prepared mix)
• 2 teaspoon sugar (if you use plain cornmeal)
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 egg

1. First, defrost corn.
2. Grease a pie pan and press the above mix into bottom and up sides of the pan to make like a crust.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
