Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

• 1 (32 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash browns
• 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• Salt & pepper
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 stick melted butter
• 2 c. crushed corn flakes

1. Thaw potatoes.
2. Mix all ingredients together, except butter and corn flakes.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
4. Mix melted butter and crushed corn flakes.
5. Spread on top of baked mix and bake 15 min longer.
