Beef Tips On Rice Recipe

• 1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef roast (you can use stew meat)
• 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning
• Rice

1. Cut roast into bite-size pcs; coat with beef stew seasoning.
2. Brown in fat.
3. Cook in crock pot (all day on slow) with sufficient water to not quite cover meat.
4. Serve on rice.
