Frisee & Watercress Salad with Prosciutto, Figs & Green Goddess Dressing
- Green Goddess Dressing
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fresh chives
- 1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- Salad
- 2 gal. frisee, picked
- 1 qt. watercress, picked
- 48 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 qt. dried mission figs, halved
- 2 cups crumbled goat cheese
- Green Goddess Dressing: Puree ingredients in blender until smooth.
- For each serving: Toss frisee, watercress and 2 Tbsp.
- Green Goddess Dressing until coated.
- Arrange on serving plate.
- Top with prosciutto and figs.
- Sprinkle cheese around salad.
- Drizzle with an additional 2 Tbsp.
