Seven Layer Taco Dip Recipe
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cans jalapeno beans
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 lg. bunch green onions
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bag Tostito chips
- 1.
- Spread jalapeno bean dip in oblong dish.
- 2.
- Mash peeled avocados.
- Mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread on top of jalapeno beans.
- 3.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
- Spread or possibly layer on top of avocado mix.
- 4.
- Chop green onions, olives and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle in separate layers.
- 5.
- Shred cheese and put on top.
- 6.
- Use Tostitos for dipping.
- Serves 8-10.
