Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Shredded
- 1/2 cups Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Or Wing Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 6 whole Large Lettuce Leaves, Iceberg Or Bibb
- 2 whole Large Celery Stalks, Cut Into 2" Matchsticks
- Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, Etc, For Drizzling Over The Top
- Put the cooked, shredded chicken into a medium sized bowl.
- Mix hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Pour hot sauce over the chicken and mix well.
- To prepare lettuce cups, place 1/2 cup Buffalo chicken in each leaf, top with celery and dressing of your choice.
- Wrap it and eat!
