Mini Meatloaves

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400F
  2. Saute vegetables (if using) until slightly limp
  3. Mix water and 1/4 cup gravy in large bowl.
  4. Add meat, Vegetables (if using) stuffing mix and eggs; mix lightly.
  5. SHAPE into five oval loaves on foil-covered baking sheet.
  6. SPOON the other 1/4 cup of gravy over the loaves.
  7. BAKE 30 minute or until cooked through (160 degrees F).
  8. Slice and serve with your favorite vegetables.
