Quick Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup 10% cream
- 1 12 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- Pour cream into a sauce pan and set burner to medium heat.
- When cream starts to warm, add cream cheese and stir constantly until almost completely melted.
- Add cheddar and stir until well blended in with the cream mix.
- Let heat for 2 minute (do not let it boil) then remove from heat and let set for about 5 minute Use sauce same day it's made.
- (Note: yeild is a guess, opps!
- I forgot to measure it out).
