Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) box macaroni
- 2 1/2 - 3 pound chicken
- 1 (4 ounce.) can green peas
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon French dressing
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 head lettuce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 6 slices of bread
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and place in large casserole dish.
- Prepare chicken and boil in salted water till done; drain and dice into macaroni.
- Drain green peas and add in next 5 ingredients to casserole and blend thoroughly.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on lettuce leaf with toasted bread.
- Great the next day.
