Tangy Cobb-Style Chicken Salad
- 2 gal. lettuce base mix
- 1 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 qt. celery, diced
- 1 qt. green onions, chopped
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 16 each breaded boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), cooked
- 1 qt. KRAFT Signature Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing
- For each serving: Toss 2 cups of the lettuce with 1/4 cup each of the mushrooms, celery, onions and cheese.
- Slice 1 chicken breast.
- Add to salad along with 1/4 cup of the dressing; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
