Hidden Treasure Chocolate Cups

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat 4 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and coffee until thickened.
  5. Add 2 T.
  6. flour and chocolate mixture.
  7. Beat until just blended.
  8. Pour into 6 greased and lightly floured 6 oz.
  9. custard cups; place on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 11-15 minutes or until cakes are puffed and crusted, but still soft in center.
  11. Cool 7 minutes.
  12. Invert cakes onto dessert plates.
  13. Sift powdered sugar over cakes and serve warm.
