African Green Pepper And Spinach

  1. Cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil in 3 quart saucepan until onion is tender.
  2. Add tomato and spinach.
  3. Cover and simmer until spinach is tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper and peanut butter.
  5. Heat just until hot.
