Coffee Almond Macaroons
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons coffee, cooled and strong
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 cups flaked coconut
- 34 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- In a big bowl, mix condensed milk with coffee and vanilla.
- Stir in coconut and almonds; mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets.
- Bake on middle rack of preheated 325 degree oven, 10-12 minutes or until browned around the edges.
- Remove immediately to wire racks; cool completely.
