Coffee Almond Macaroons

  1. In a big bowl, mix condensed milk with coffee and vanilla.
  2. Stir in coconut and almonds; mix well.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets.
  4. Bake on middle rack of preheated 325 degree oven, 10-12 minutes or until browned around the edges.
  5. Remove immediately to wire racks; cool completely.
