Pork And Potato Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 10 3/4 ounce. can celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt.
- Brown using vegetable oil.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl mix soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, seasoned salt, stir together.
- Then add in thawed hash browns, cheese and onions.
- Save some cheese and onions for top.
- Stir well.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch dish arrange chops on top of mix.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onion mix.
- Bake 5 min longer uncovered.
