100% Whole Wheat Bread

• 1 egg
• 1 cup water (80 degrees)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 12 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
• 1 14 teaspoons bread machine yeast

1. Add all ingredients to bread maker in order.
2. Set on whole wheat setting.
