- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c lowfat milk
- kosher salt, to taste
- 10 grinds black pepper
- 1 tsp. salad mustard
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can Spam, finely diced
- 6 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 400
