Ground Beef Pasta Bake(One Dish Dinner)

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Reserve liquid.
  3. Set spinach aside.
  4. Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup; set aside.
  5. Cook ground chuck, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles and onion is tender. Drain; discard liquid. Add 1 cup spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce and paste, salt and pepper to beef in skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Set aside.
  7. Cook pasta as package directs. Drain.
  8. Combine pasta, spinach, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, eggs and 1 tablespoon oil.
  9. Divide pasta mixture in two 8-inch square baking dishes. Spoon sauce evenly over pasta. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle casseroles evenly with rest of cheese.
  11. Bake 5 more minutes.
  12. Yields 4 servings per casserole.
