- 400 grams diced pork, chicken or beef
- 4 stalks of celery, sliced
- 1 medium onion, roughly diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 600 ml chicken broth or stock
- 150 grams White cabbage, roughly diced
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
- 150 grams Spanish chorizo, sliced
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves, add more to taste
- Dig out your crockpot and add all the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- If you think its not cooking quick enough switch it to high.
- Add water if necessary.
- I added the garlic salt half way through as I felt that it needed a little more seasoning
- Serve as you like, I done mine with some fluffy rice just to add a bit more texture to it.
